I’ve gone to Pickerington Eyecare ever since I was a kid and my family and I have always seen Dr. Tracy. All of the staff are always very kind and easy to deal with. I got in for an urgent appointment the other day directly after calling in. Dr. Tracy always finds the best solution for each individual that he sees and I’ve never felt like I’m leaving with a problem still at hand. 10/10 will always recommend them to others I can’t imagine a different eyecare place for me.
Bad experience. This was my 3rd year with Pickerington Eye care. I ordered glasses this time. First, they ordered wrong frame, was sent back got the right one. This wasted enough time. Ordered normal lenses. They were the worst quality I had ever wore. They were not even willing to listen to my concern. Could not see well. I asked if I could get them replaced or return just the lenses and keep the frame. They said NO, once the money is paid/ order is placed nothing can be done. Basically, once the money was paid no one cared. I asked a cover/ case to put glasses inside (optician shop has no extra covers, since they gave me the cover earlier with the wrong glasses pair). I went directly from work so had no extra cover in my bag. So had to wear glasses and go which were not comfortable. They acted like they DO NOT care! Now I lost the insurance money with them and will have to get the lenses replaced somewhere else. (I have bought 2 years of contact lenses from them in the past) They do not care about the business anymore. Never going again!
The staff was very welcoming and the doctor I saw was so informative about my eye condition(s) . Excellent service all round.
